My positioner messed up my jaw? - positioner hurt
OK, so two weeks I received a jig. I will use it when I sleep and during the day for 4-6 hours. For days I had, I did it like this, but after a while I used it for 2 to 3 hours a day and night when I went to sleep. Two days ago, my jaw has started badly, so I stopped using it and my mother called ortodontista. I have an appointment with my orthodontist tomorrow, and I wonder whether I should use my position or not tonight.

I do not know, and you see the orthodontist tomorrow. Another day without it does not hurt, especially because it is perhaps something with it.
I hope it works out for ya! The buttons are a pain. I have for 3 years and my teeth are straight, but I have jaw problems. It seems a fairly common problem among people who braces, actually ... Called ATM.
